Prior to working at Aspire I was a member of the Royal Air Force for 30 years working in the Personnel trade. Throughout my many roles in the military I have gained a vast array of administrative experience including working with multiple outside agencies both in the UK and overseas regarding welfare, administration, and employment law issues. I was part of the team that assisted with the flood crisis in Pakistan in 2010. During my last few years in Service, I worked in Military Discipline and for my performance in this role I was awarded a Queens Birthday Honour in 2019. I further supported the military by qualifying as an Equality and Diversity Advisor and a Trauma Risk Management Practitioner.
