I am a qualified and HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist with 13 years’ experience in the NHS. I have worked with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and complex presentations including neurodisability, long term health conditions and trauma. I have worked with families, children & young people in a variety of services with their birth families and in care.

I currently work as an Associate for Aspire and have a creative, integrative and relational approach to therapeutic care both individually and systemically. I aim to provide a non-judgmental, safe, and containing space for families and systems to explore difficulty, taking sessions at their own pace, and providing compassion, warmth, and understanding.

I have completed some additional training in ACT, CFT, CAT and Flash Technique (linked with EMDR) and I have trained to level 2 in DDP (Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy & Practice).

Interests: I love cats, Lego and being by the sea.
